BetterI think that it is my hair not your color. It grabs the color and your color stays instead of fading. So it has gotten a little darker but this lighter color will help over time. Your color is awesome. Why doesn't salons use your color? I have had my hair done in a salon for years and the color faded after a month. First TimeThis was my first time using eSalon. I was surprised by how dark the color was when I applied it. They said it was light brown but I thought it was more a medium brown. It turned out very well and I ended up liking it in the end. It is so close to my natural color which is what I prefer so that as it grows out the roots aren't terrible. The only drawback, and the reason I gave it a 4 star is because I really had to stretch it to get all my hair done with one bottle. I always buy 2 boxes of drug store brand so I was really squeezing everything out of the bottle to get all my hair done evenly. Product changedInitially, loved the results! Great color, easy to use. However, the last two applications have resulted in a heavy residue of color, goop-like, that's difficult to remove from the scalp. Vigorous scrubbing and 3 washes removed most of it. Esalon recommended adding a baking soda paste to the shampoo. Helped, but added another step and seemed to remove color from hair.
