THEY MADE THE COLOR I WAS LOOKING FOR, AND COULD NEVER FIND.I WAS VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH THE COLOR MADE JUST FOR ME. NO MATTER WHAT COLOR I USED FROM THE STORE I WAS NEVER HAPPY. NOW I FINALLY HAVE A GREAT COLOR I CAN COUNT ON AND IT WILL ALWAYS COME OUT PERFECT EVERY TIME. IT IS MY VERY SPECIAL SHADE MADE JUST FOR ME. Absolutely Perfect!I'm not exactly a youngster and have long hair becoming threaded with silver which I'm not yet ready to embrace. I started using eSalon a year ago and it is fantastic! The colour is blended to my own colour ( I get lots of compliments even from my hairdresser about my lovely hair - great clour and condition and how lucky I am to have been blessed with it). Every couple of months my magic package arrives and I can discretely touch up in the privacy of my home and cover those pesky greys in no time. If I fancy a little change the custom colour team will tweak the blend to give subtle differences and a little extra oomph - easy, well priced, great product and the service is perfect!
