First try with this productEasy to complete questionnaire to help choose right colour. Like the fact you can send photos of current hair colour which helps stylist know condition and the colour you are starting with. Beautifully packaged and arrived in good time. The instructions are clear and the process easy. No nasty smell. The shampoo smelt lovely and I would happily buy it as my usual shampoo if it was available as an individual product ; felt nice too. Only thing I did not like so much was the conditioner texture/effect. It was ok but I chose to condition with my own after. Hair came out soft and colour ; although not 100% the shade I am aiming for, is even , shiny and my husband likes it very much. It is a very good colour for covering my grey ( which it did 100%) and a really good balance to even out the pre coloured hair I had. Yes would definitely recommend and will use again. WowIch war erstmal sehr skeptisch als ich alles ausgefüllt habe und es "angeblich" auf mich zugeschnitten werden sollte. Mit nur wenigen Informationen. Und was soll ich sagen? Ich bin absolut begeistert! Die Gebrauchsanweisung war sehr verständlich geschrieben, man konnte es sehr gut umsetzen. Das Ergebnis ist super! UNGLAUBLICHHeute habe ich das Produkt angewendet und ich muß dazu sagen: ein Traum!!! Es riecht überhaupt nicht und ich werde nie wieder Haarfarben in der Drogerie kaufen, sondern in Zukunft NUR hier! Ich bin derart begeistert und zufrieden! Exactly the colour I wantedExactly the colour I wanted. Had a good few inches of grey then the rest dyed medium brown. Wanted a chestnut type colour and I love it. The colour blended really well between the grey and the brown. Only negative is my hair wasn't very shiny or moisturised afterwards, but small price to pay for the beautiful colour.
