Great so far!The process to order was hassle-free. The color is pretty much identical to my natural hair color, which is what i wanted. My colorist name was Danielle S. The perfect color!!I've tried to get this color for my hair for ages! The "box" from the store just never gave me the color I wanted....either my hair turned bright red or darker than I wanted!
