I've tried to get this color for my hair for ages! The "box" from the store just never gave me the color I wanted....either my hair turned bright red or darker than I wanted! The formula that they worked up by me telling them what I wanted was PERFECT!!!! First time my husband said it looked natural!! Kudos eSalon!

I like the color better than what I get in the sale . It's rich with multiple tones and comes out shiny and natural looking

I really like the color and it's easy to use. Personalized instructions. ..Work with your Hair color person to adjust your color to your exact want...I really enjoyed the experience so far and save quite a bit of money as well as my hair is closer to what I want then it was in a salon, and I don't hurt anyone's feelings
