I like the "NEW" color you have made for me !I have a box of the old color that was too red, can I return it? I won't ever use it. I really love what you did with my new color; more brunette and less copper/red ! Even my husband noticed. Because my hair is so short my daughter used small pieces of sandwhich twist ties to separate my hair, it worked great but I looked like one of the Little Rascels. Please let me know what I can do with old color. If I can't return it maybe you can make up a color to add to it to fade the copper and red and bring out the brunette. I love this product. Started out great.So starting went great, color application was simple and easy to understand. My problem started when I went to wash it out. It felt like my hair was caked in vaseline or glue. It took me over an hour to try to rinse the goop out before I finally gave up. I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with it and they did not help at all. I had to take 3 showers to get all the goop out of my hair, and it still doesnt feel as healthy as it usually does after coloring. The color itsself I'm ok with. It did not come out the way I was expecting, but that could be because of how my color was before, or from the multiple washes right after application.
