Quality Product meets Fantastic Customer ServiceGosh, I've just had the best experience. I've been a box girl for years but it's just not covering the gray anymore. My first box came damaged and when I called, I experienced customer service that rivaled Southwest Airlines. haha! They got me another box immediately and I LOVE the color. They matched a perfect color for me that I wouldn't have known to ask for. And today, my friend said "I can spot box color from 20 paces and you finally went to the salon, didn't you?" Can't complain about that! Subtle upgrade! Shiny!Loved the subtle color upgrade from my natural color. Shinier. Blonder. Nice. The hair feels good....not stressed. My scalp is not stressed either. What a surprise!I started coloring my hair myself 2 yrs ago. My sister recommended Garnier so I used it too. My gray is all at the front. Within several days I could always see a gray line forming...drove me nuts😫 This doesn’t happen with eSalon! Some how the color “sticks” much better.
