Easy to useThe kit was easy to use and once applied it did not drip. I had a little fright when I looked in the mirror before I rinsed as it looked black, of course once rinsed it was blonde. First time :successFirst time I ordered your product I needed to colour my roots after having had my colour & highlights at my hairdresser after 2 weeks! Cannot go every 2 weeks therefore gave a go at your products went to your website & follow the instructions (description if my hair needs photo etc After a couple of weeks received your products :open the box read the instructions closed the box ! I was nervous w”what if it messes my hair lots of negative thoughts A week later needed my roots to look impeccable so I tried. I was amazed by the results it really looks like it was done professionally. I used only half the tint product hopefully I will use the balance when I need it next. Love itI really like the two colors one for the roots and one for the lengths. I’m so happy not just one flat color for the whole hair. Produkt ist prima - Geschäftspraxis weniger!Ich habe den eSalon über eine Online-Promotion entdeckt und zu Sonderkonditionen ausprobiert. Eine Einzelbestellung (ist sehr klar und einfach gekennzeichnet auf der Webseite, keine Missverständnisse möglich - Super, dachte ich...) aufgegeben und bestätigt bekommen. Produkt kam zügig, hübsch verpackt mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nett. ABER einige Wochen später bekomme ich eine Email und zeitgleiche Paypal-Abbuchung (die ich NICHT authorisiert hatte): "blablabla, Abo!". Als ich mich telefonisch beschwerte wurde das Geld sofort zurückgebucht, ohne Diskussion - aber mir die Schuld zugeschoben. Colour just right!I was a bit worried leaving the choosing of my colour in someone else's hand as I usually deliberate over box colours for days before finally settling on the exact shade I want. But by using the shade picker and describing my wants I got just the right shade of brown! I have found it's faded a little faster then I expected, but I have coloured my hair a few times I a row trying to get it right so perhaps that's something to do with it. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Unbelievably good valueI was a little sceptical about buying this as I get ripped off by well marketed products all the time. Well, this time I really wasnt, the process was so easy, uploaded my photo and my colour was chosen. I was contacted by the stylist within 24hrs as a courtesy. The package arrived well before I was expecting it and the quality of each item was unbelievable, looked as though id spent hundreds of pounds. The process was well instructed and I managed it ok! My bathroom however wasnt but that is down to me lol! I washed and dried it and im so happy with the colour! My hair is incredibly porous so needed a quick spritz of shine spray and ive just saved myself £80+ and a whole morning spent at a salon, im more than impressed and will definitely tell everyone I know to try you!
