tolles FarbergebnisJahrelang habe ich meine Haare selbst gefärbt und langsam übernimmt das Grau die Oberhand. Um eine perfekte Grauabdeckung zu erreichen, recherchierte ich im Internet und fand esalon. Toll fand ich sofort, dass man von Anfang an 'an die Hand' genommen wird! Ich suchte mir meine jetzige Haarfarbe aus und ich muss sagen, das Ergebnis war eine sehr natürliche und vorallem deckende Farbe, so wie ich es wollte. Sie ließ sich sehr gut im Haar verteilen, ohne streng zu riechen oder zu tropfen. Nach mittlerweile 4 Wochen bin ich noch immer sehr zufrieden und kann daher mit gutem Gewissen das Team von esalon weiterempfehlen und werde demnächst wieder bestellen! 2 sur 4 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Color changeThe 1st shipment that I received the color was great. The 2nd shipment which was supposed to be the same came out black. I don’t even know what to do with this color. The experience of having a professional colorist develop a salon experience butThe experience of a professional colorist helping you color your hair in the comforts of home giving you a salon look was awesome . I am giving it one star only because of the actual hair color itself. My hair came out very light and red on top where my grey is This occurred after each application. I only did 2 months but after second round my hair was still light and red . I hated my color so much. They did honor the free hair coloring as promised if one isn’t satisfied! . Sehr gut, aber keine Rückmeldung von den Coloristen.Ich war sehr zufrieden, wollte dann aber einen leicht veränderten Farbton . Als die neue Farbe ankam und meine Haare färbte, musste ich leider feststellen, dass ich einen unnatürlich roten Farbstich habe. Nachdem ich daraufhin mehrfach versucht habe jemanden per E-Mail zu erreichen, bekam ich keine Antwort.
