Many reasonsAbsolutely no grey coverage. I picked a color darker than my current and it lightened my hair to the point of having roots within a few weeks. Exceptional serviceI’ve had three packages arrive. The first colour wasn’t quite right so they changed it for me free of charge the second was awesome! Perfect glossy colour. The way the packaging comes with instructions and they put your name on the bottle. It just felt really luxurious. Does not cover greyI love the customer service and believe colorists are experienced and customer friendly. I tried 5 times and worked with them to change my color. Looking for dark brown hair and grey coverage is not enough, I still see Grey's after following all instructions. I still like to go with them as it is ammonia free dye. The soft black didn’t take or even cover my gray.I’ve been very happy with the colors in the past. My natural color is light brown with gray around my temples. A few months ago, I dyed it ‘store bought’ mahogany. I was really looking forward to the black but, after following the instructions and getting out of the shower, it’s barely dark brown and I still have the gray. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Tolle Farbe - toller Duft!!!Das Paket kam so schön verpackt an mit allerlei Hilfsmittel und Anleitung. Mischen & Auftragen - super easy. Da ich noch recht hell bin, hatte ich die Farbe nicht ganz so lange einwirken lassen, da die Farbe auf dem nassen Haar recht dunkel wirkte. Ich hätte mutiger sein können und etwas länger einwirken lassen. Die Farbe ist toll, die Produkte riechen total gut und sind absolut hautverträglich. Ich habe leider eine sehr empfindliche Kopfhaut und habe keinerlei Reaktionen gehabt nach dem Färben. Fazit - Super Produkt, gefällt mir sehr gut. Jetzt muss ich nur noch wegen der Häufigkeit schauen und ob es evtl. weniger Menge als Ansatz Farbe gibt, dann würde ich die Häufigkeit kürzer setzen und abwechselnd Ansatz - Ganzes Haar !! Beim Friseur hatte ich leider schon oft einen Grünstich nach dem Färben - oder einen Rotstich - und hier einfach perfekt. Der Ansatz scheint leicht erdbeerblond, aber im Gesamt Paket sehr stimmig.
