It might be better to know your color needs before using eSalonMy first experience was not good. Color was too dark for me. Second try was about the same. I guess I'm not very good at explaining what I want, because I'm not even close to getting the right color. Bummer. I really , really wanted to love this. Love my color 💜I am so glad that I became a member of esalon! I started to get grey hair when I was 19 years old. I am now 46 and have used boxed color and gone and paid big bucks at salons. I have to say that using esalon has made my hair look fantastic every time. The colorists are easy to talk to and extremely helpful and nice.
