Ample productMy biggest concern was I'd not have enough product to go through my hair. I have thick long hair and colorists never mix the right amount in a salon. This kit had plenty of product and the colour matches what I expected. I did hope for a slight change based on the advertising but can't complain due to the lovely rich colour recieved. Love the color and customer serviceI'm really happy with my most recent color. I am also impressed that when I had some difficulties with my initial order the company made it right. My only critique is that I don't feel like the gray coverage is quite where I would like it to be.
