Amazing!I can’t rave about esalon enough! I absolutely hated my hair colour, it was so blonde it looked fake (I used L’Oréal Excellence natural baby blonde), this was the only one that would do something with my roots. I found home box dies just weren’t getting me what I wanted. I saw this and had to try. Customer service is excellent. I selected the colour I wanted. I received an email saying because of my current colour this isn’t possible. I received a list of options and an alternative colour. I went for the alternative colour, so then over time I can develop to my desired colour. I received a colour for my roots and one for my hair is already coloured. I needed someone to help with the roots at the back as I’m so uncoordinated, but the rest was fine. The results are amazing!!!! I know friends of mine will be ordering to try. Given the situation with Covid this is a great alternative. I won’t ever buy from the shop again. I never thought I would be able to be my natural hair colour again. Better than going back to SalonVery impressed with your product but also how it leaves my hair in better condition, after using. Took me a while to learn correctly to get to my roots. However my fault for not reading your excellent instructions first. Which now I follow. Don't think I will ever go back to spending so much more money at a hair salon. Plus learned how to cut my own hair from YouTube Video's, so savings a lot of money both ways during this pandemic isolation. Actually blessings have come out of this stressful time. Here's the specificsShame on me, I seldom write reviews but always read them. I particularly like those that have specifics. Here are mine: 1. It took a couple of times to get the color just right, but that speaks to the true customization of the product versus buying something off the shelf. I was never able to get that just right. 2. I think women must have designed the program, instructions, packaging, etc. (pardon the gender bias), but it's absolutely perfect. I can't think of a thing to change - it's all so well thought through and customized to you. 3. I use the highlighting product in addition to the color. The toner mask that comes with the highlighting kit is AWESOME - it does something to my hair that seems to add volume and texture. It's meant to even the tone of the hair and does that as well. You can buy this product separate if you don't use highlighting - I've done that for in between times. 4. I bought the shampoo only once so can't speak to it as much. I thought it was ok but was really hard to pump in the shower. Overall, I am super happy with the website, the product, the scheduling, the customization and the service.
