Great Haircolor and customer serviceReally appreciate everything about this company. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my "kit" has not included the small brush used to apply the hair color. When I tried to order one to come with my next set, which I don't mind paying for since it costs less than $2, the response was that it was already included. But it has not been included since the first order. Otherwise, I will use this product until I get tired of doing my own hair color but ESalon is saving me a ton of money. WunderbarMeine langen Haare sind von Natur aus lockig, störrisch, trocken und nun mit 55 auch noch grau. Vor 15 Jahren begann ich die Haare zu tönen, später benutzte ich dann Farbe zur Grauabdeckung aus der Drogerie. Bald merkte ich, dass das meinen Haaren weder gut tat, noch gute Ergebnisse brachte. Also begab ich mich in die Hände eines Friseurs. Beratung gut, Haare schön in einem kupferrot, aber auf Dauer (über 100€ monatlich) unbezahlbar. Also kaufte ich professionelle Salon-Haarfarbe und färbte selbst zuhause. Das Ergebnis war ok und bezahlbar, aber die Farbe brannte leicht auf meiner Kopfhaut und mit der Zeit hatte ich das Gefühl, 5 verschiedene Farben auf dem Kopf zu haben, da ich das Mischungsverhältnis nicht jedesmal 100%ig hinbekam und die trockenen Längen die Farbe anders annahmen als der graue Ansatz. Alles in allem keine Katastrophe, aber auch nicht zufriedenstellend. Kosten damals ca. 26€ pro Monat. Durch Zufall entdeckte ich esalon und das Konzept überzeugte mich schon beim lesen. Ich bestellte sofort meine Wunschhaarfarbe, Foto dazu und ein paar Tage später kam das entzückend rosa Päckchen bei mir an. Alles drin, was man braucht, sehr gute Anleitung. 1 Farbset für den Ansatz und ein weiteres für die Längen (ja, diese Farbe hat einen etwas anderen Farbton, das muss logischerweise so sein, aufgrund der Haarstruktur). Das Ergebnis ist traumhaft, Farbton 100% getroffen, Haare weich, gepflegt und super glänzend. Satte Farbe bis in die Spitzen. Kopfhaut nicht gereizt. Ich nehme nichts anderes mehr!
