Covers gray hairI luv that it covers the gray hair real good first time around. Usually when I dye my hair at home (Sally's Beauty hair product) as soon as I wash out the dye, you can still see some gray around the hairline . I was hoping to go a little longer before next touch up with Esalon. It'll be 3 weeks (10/27) since I did my hair and already need to touch up. Root and Ends length separet kitsThe precious box I received contained only one set of hair color, so maybe that was the reason I didn’t get the color I was expecting. For the box that was mailed in September, I receive two different color set (roots and hair length) and I had exactly the color and grey cover that I wanted. I’ve tried them all...But have never experienced the satisfaction with a hair care system as I have with e-Salon. Using the line of color, shampoo, conditioner, and styling products, my hair does not turn an ugly orange after a few weeks. The colour is great!I waited a bit longer before using the next shipment of color and it proved to be the right thing to do. All the old color was cut off the day before and the color is awesome. Had to change reviewStill getting used to the color, not sure if I want to tweak it. Didn't like the color at first because it was darker than my present color(-I forgot that I had requested darker). Awesome, Easy, & PerfectI highly recommend to anyone & everyone I talk to. This has definitely made my life so much easier. My order is always perfect & there when I need it. My stylist always listens, answers my questions, and/or adjusts my color when needed. As of this month I've been ordering from this company for a full year and before starting I didn't believe I would ever find a company that actually made a color that my hair would hold for a month. I had tried 1/2 the salons in town & almost all store bought hair colors. Absolutely nothing would hold longer than 2-3 weeks if that. Now I can go at least 5 weeks!!! Great kit!I loved the way the kit came and the added bonus included. I am used to a thicker, creamier colour but had no problem working with what was sent. I love the outcome. The shine and feel of my hair. There was plenty of product included. I do find that I am still seeing colour bleed out of my hair if I take a bath even a couple of weeks and many washes later. Edit: Having had another couple of kits now, I want to update and correct. I think it might have just been the lighting in the bathroom. I don't see colour bleeding even soaking in the tub a week or two after my last colour. I love the blend and love the convenience but I will leave it at 4 stars because of the price...
