Kit is poorly put togetherI usually have no problems with my eSalon kits. This time, it was obviously not quality checked. There were two conditioners instead of shampoo and the lid of the color container is so tight I cannot get it off. I spent 10 minutes trying to unscrew it and finally gave up. Abfantastically wonderous!I have been coloring my own hair since I was 15 when I started noticing grays! That said, I was no expert, did several colors that corresponded with my mood or season, discovered a decent color, (or so I thought), but I realized that I wanted to try something new! Amazing!I am a natural strawberry blonde so it is super hard to find color close to my natural color that doesn’t look fake... After having my daughter my hair has gotten dull and drab.
