Thank you!I was using Loreal Feria color 74 deep copper. It is just never available anywhere, even a on their site. I was panicking. I love that color, it is kind of my signature thing. A friend suggested esalon. The other hair color site I looked at just didn't have my shade. I am so thankful. The color they sent me is a dead on match to my hair color. So pretty and bright. I didn’t use the colorI was terrified of coloring my hair because for the first time in so many years it was and still it it’s natural color. I have lots more white hair now. Thank you for increasing bottle size on developer!I am pleased with the redesign of the product containers, specifically the one for the developer. The old one was NOT big enough to adequately mix the product when you added the color. This time it was so much easier. I used to have to dump it into a container and mix by hand to get it to blend properly. This time I did not. Instructions are wrong and confusingI keep receiving instructions to do a root color and I don’t need a root color . My gray is not shown at the roots but in peices all in my hair so I need a full color instructions . And I want to color my hair black . I liked the color. I have mixed my own before.The one problem was because of grey roots on top of hair, roots were lighter. This was a more liquid type feeling to use and I really did not mind. Trying to decide what to use so roots and when color is all the same. So will be even with products purchased. Any suggestions would be helpful. Since using tablet and computer crashed. Not what I was expectingWanted to lighten my hair and was told the lightest I could get was dark blonde. Which actaully kinda made my hair even darker. Plus it doesnt wash out at all and leaves my hair feeling like I have 10 lbs of oil dried on it even after the next day. I just washed my hair about 5 times when I was showering just to get it to feel somewhat normal again. I dont think I will be getting another shipment.
