Best at home salon carePros- at home, way cheaper than a salon but salon quality. Last longer and looks more natural than retail box products. Doesn't seem to damage my hair as much either. Cons-it is very waxy. Hard to get out of your hair even after the 5 mins of using wet gloves to work it into your hair at the end. I find I have to wash it really good a few times.
