I could never dye my hairI was very excited with your proposal for salon results at home, I sent reference photos where you could clearly see that I wanted copper (orange) hair, my colorist sent a brown color, I was disappointed but they offered to send me another color, it never arrived and in the package only the entry of the product appears on August 19, I bought the kit from the first days of August, a month has passed and my hair is still the same color, I already canceled my subscription, it was very easy, but it was still loss of money. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Great helpSo I messed up my color and Alexandria took the time to Listen to me regarding my color mess up and explain to me how to fix it, She even laughed with me when I told her my hair was now orange on top and the comments I was getting regarding. You'd look like carrot top and a few others like Ronald Mcdonald. She sent me my color repair kit 😍 And my hair is perfect. I love the color. Lovely colourAt 52 finally giving in to having my hair dyed. Being severely disabled I get Salon quality in the comfort of my own home. My daughter has become a colourist specialst now! I was hesitant about the colour but I made a great choice. I've had so many comments on the bronze tones which completely covers the salt n pepper.
