Bad colorI had light brown hair, sent a picture for light brown, and got a color that made my hair at least two shades darker. I wrote and asked if it could be replaced with a color I liked before, but never got a response. I don't think I'll order again. In addition I've now washed it three times with esalon color safe products and the color's washing out really uneaven. I'm thinking I'm not going to order again. DesesperadaNo se porqué en mis dos ultimas aplicaciones mi pelo ha quedado completamente arruinado, se siente pegajoso, extremadamente grasoso e imposible de manejar.
