AmazingHaving seen this advertised in a glossy magazine I thought I'd give it a look . After filling in the questionnaire and then explaining what colour I would like to achieve my colourist Paul contacted me the same day asking for a photo of my current colour . My hair is very fine , blonde with ashy undertones and a good amount of grey at the front and sides . Paul mixed up my colour which was roots then rinse through then I was sent an email saying it was shipped . The box arrived 2 weeks later ....inside was the cute bottle of colour , developer and gloves . Also included were a sachets of shampoo , conditioner, colour remover and stain guard oh and a brush for application. I followed the instructions to the letter has never home coloured my hair before it's always at a salon which costs 90 pounds ever 6 weeks . After a 35 minute wait after application I was left with shiny , ash blonde , multi tonal hair. All grey was banished 😀 Infact I have contacted Paul to ask for a small tweak on the ash and that's it . Perfect one happy customer i wish I'd tried the service earlier . Overall like how my hair came out.I had red hair before dying my hair to the dark brown that I received from eSalon, I would have to dye my hair one more time before actually getting rid of all the red. Washing the dye out was annoying, I had to shampoo and condition my hair several times before actually feeling like all the dye was out. Kinda slimy and thick product. Ok but not at all the colour I wantedI didn't get any of the problems I was worried about after reading reviews online. (Sticky hair, hair loss...) So that was a plus as I was very worried. My issue is that the colour is nothing like the one I wanted. It's not bad but not what I wanted. The consultant called me during working hours so never got me and then decided to send the colour anyway without double checking with me. I think you should not send until you have managed to contact the customer via hone or email. Now if I want the correct colour I have to pay again when it is not my fault if the colour is not what I wanted.
