AmazingVery pleased with the quality, result was not 100% as expected, but I am looking forward to get my next order for some adjustments. Love the product but very upset with price of orders!Love the product but very upset with price of orders! I never requested the Color Kiss added to my orders. I do not use them and am now stuck with 3 of these at an unbelievable cost of $12 each. I am now $36 in the hole and would like to send them back with free shipping as I never requested these. I actually still have the free sample sent way before. This happened before and I had to cancel the touch-ups. I don't know how they got re-added to my account but I am very upset they did. I rarely check e-mails anymore and somehow missed this but I must cancel any future orders as I can only afford the store bought from now on. My go-toMy first color turned out very ashy on me. My colorist mixed a dark blonde and golden blonde, but it turned grey blonde, and not in a good way. I have tan skin, so anything too dark makes me monotone. I loved the personalization and all the extras my kit came with, so I am giving my next shipment a try. Update: 2 years later, this is cheaper than going to the salon or beauty store. If you're specific, your colorist will match as much as possible, just pay attention to the tones they mix together.
