HorribleI tried it twice and both times came out WAY too dark, even though second time was supposedly formulated to be lighter. The customer service is horrible! It took me weeks to get my color changed. They are very slow to respond sometimes. new presentation of products is NOT GOOD ! COULD NOT unscrew new Bottle capPlease note that your new presentation of products is NOT GOOD; Last night impossible to unscrew this cap ( from new type of bottle, even with pliers ! I had to break cap with screw driver and hammer ! Complicated, dangerously and some of product lost ! Also product smells much more strongly like ammoniac than previously. New enveloppes of shampoo and conditioner ARE TOO SMALL, and CONTAIN TOO LITTLE to use after coloring. the color is still perfect, but I almost wasn't able to use the bottle of it! New colorI ordered & I received my color within a few days. It is so easy to use & I am in love with the new color they made for me. It is a beautiful & vibrant color! I have very short hair & going to the salon every 4 to 5 weeks gets very expensive. Thank you, I will continue to use esalon! Bolder and brighterThanks for the latest color update/modification. My ends and roots are more color-consistent but I still have nice shiny streaks on the outer layers. I was a little concerned at the difference in the color formula after it was mixed (more pink than red) but the end result was great. Even my grandson complimented the different bolder shade.
