The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they don't send me quite enough color to cover my hair even tho I have expressed this many times to my color care specialist(s). Great color - dries hairI love the color! However, even after following all your instructions and using your provided shampoo and conditioner, my hair was very dry and had a lot of split ends after coloring.
