because there isn't anything lowerI have never colored my own hair but this sounded really safe. I went thru the multi questions . I have brown / grey hair want dark blond. I got red and bright red. omg. I called and was told that for no extra fee if I emailed pictures they would send me the fix. this was Monday. on Thursday I called to find out when to expect the package. I was told that they had closed my account because they could only darken my hair not lighten it. I asked why no one had sent me a message . she claimed it was sent. I've gone line by line in both in mail and spam and they never sent me anything just two surveys to ask about my experience. I have now spent $12 for a product from walgreens color oops to fix my hair. I would not recommend this site if it sounds too good to be true..... 3 sur 3 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Awesome colorI recently made the swap from getting my hair colored at the salon by my hairdresser, to purchasing it from eSalon, and applying it myself. It has saved me about $180 - $200/mo., an estimated $2400/yr., and that doesn't include gratuity! Plus, I actually prefer the color from eSalon, rather than that harsh, peroxide filled, color that I had been overpaying for, numerous times in the past. It not only looks great, but it also suits me to a tee (so I've been told)! That's probably because it was created, developed, and designed by my eSalon stylists, just for me! I've colored my hair using eSalon products for the past 6 months, then included the highlight kit to my regime about 3 months ago.
