GreatHowever I have very long hair and understood I was paying for 2 bottles at 32 dollars every time you charge me and some change. I have complained before that I don’t have enough product for all of my hair but still this keeps happening. Am I missing something? HAVE YOU CHANGED MY FORMULA?The last couple of my custom color sets haven't been consistent! Particularly the last one I used that was prepared on October 4, 2021. It didn't cover my gray, it appeared that the formula did not blend together so easily and my results were bad coverage, not as rich in color as I usually have. I felt the result was very disappointing! I don't know if another consultation is in order? I'm thinking about changing color to match more with my roots? Perfect colorIt didn't cover all my greys but it was the best coverage I have found in the past year. The color was exactly right. My hair is thick and curly and for this next application I will try to apply in very thin hair sections. But my hair was very dry after application. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Pre color spray,I'm sure I'd have loved it, but the spray bottle wouldn't spray. I'll have to get a little spray bottle to put it in for next time. I'm changing my rating because they are sending me another bottle with my next order at no charge! I love when companies take care of their customers, it shows they really care about us.
