Easy to use, but...I liked that the product was picked to match my picture. The product was super easy to apply. The directions were concise and simple to follow. I liked how the product was packaged and that gloves, an application brush and even a sticker so you can hang up the directions for easier reading were included. Now for the downside. My hair was very dry and full of static following the application. It was not shiny. The color looked natural, but it took about a week to start looking and feeling softer. I started using a leave in product that I already owned and that did the trick. Overall, I am pleased with the results. I will use the product again. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
