Color not as requestedI asked for an Ash blonde color. Received a yellow blonde. When I gave feedback I asked if it were possible to get a more Ash blonde color. Not so yellow. I send pictures. 1st time userI liked that esalon includes everything needed in the kit. I wish i had known i was going to have two colors for roots and length. Great natural color-UPDATEI love my color. It is natural looking and the easy to understand instructions make it fool proof. I have timed my haircut ‘til just before my color arrives, every 7 weeks, so I have very few “bad hair days”. Great product and service. UPDATE. I asked for a color adjustment to reduce brassiness and cover grey, this shipment. I colored my hair yesterday....it is gorgeous.
