Absolutely the worst experience I have had!The conditioner turned to a glue on my scalp and after over 1.5 hours of trying to rinse it put it is stuck as a glue on my scalp. Over 150 hairs in a clump came out due to it!!!!!! I have to go to salon now to see if they can get the crap off my scalp. Woopse I meant to give a 5 starI love your product. The key to its success is following directions. I noticed in some reviews people didn’t pull the color through toward the end of coloring. They also left the color in their hair way too long before a rinse out!! You have to leave on for the specific right amount of time. And a great leave in daily conditioner is awesome. I love my hair. Love this Hair ColorI am very much a fan of this hair color company. Its so much affordable then the hair salon, plus with my job I just don't have the time to sit in a hair salon for an hour or two getting my hair done!! I love my hair!I did not think I would ever see this color again! I have a strange shade of hair that you cannot find in a bottle, I was wrong, you matched my shade exactly! My hair is so soft I have not had in years, I only gave you 4 out of 5 stars because I wanted to see how it lasts. Red / GoldI use red hair color but my hair does not hold color the red always fades within a few weeks. I am quite happy with this hair color. The red seems to hold and with the tint shampoo I use for a little kick just before it is time to color again.
