GREATThe only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the first time I tried it the grey coverage wasn't as good as I had hoped. On my second order they are addressing that and I will do an update as soon as I get it. Other than that the color was absolutely perfect and matched way better than anything I've ever tried before. Nice Color but not for White Hair CoverageMy colorist tried really hard to get a color that would cover my stubborn mostly white hair. Unfortunately, the pigment did not work and the color was brassy and not too attractive in spite of adjustments to attempt to correct the tone. Beautiful ColorI love the color, the depth and richness. My problem is when I wash it out. I have to shampoo 2-3 times in order to get all the product out. I find it very frustrating, but the color is so much better than the store box. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Pretty close to amazing, but some flawsThe process of coloring my hair was painless. The directions were really easy to follow. My hair still feels really soft after coloring. However, I know this isn't a perfect science and all hair is different, but the end result was really NOTHING like I asked for. And my colorist never spoke to me or asked any questions before sending the color. I realize my request might not have been feasible, but I should have been told that before the color was sent so I could modify it and not be disappointed that it came out so different. That being said, the color I've ended up with I do like. It is just darker than I was hoping, and my roots are brassy (immediately after coloring). Just used the product for the first time!Our son got married in September, so still had my beautician do my color that month. I spend $200 including the tip, so that's why I ordered your product. I used it for the first time yesterday. Couldn't believe the great match and color! It took my beautician about 3 tries to get the color right. Smell wasn't too bad, and it didn't irritate my scalp like it usually does! I loved how the box came like a present!
