10 stars for my colorist Nicole!After my 3rd order still had me feeling very disappointed and discouraged I didn't know if I was going to attempt a fourth. Since my previous color ending in results that made me live in pony tails because I hated the color so much that really had me second-guessing ordering from Esalon again. but I decided to give them one more try and was most recently had Nicole assist me and she nailed it! She actually seem to take the time to read what I wrote about what I was looking for and what I did not like about my current color and came up with such a pretty chocolate brown that I couldn't be happier with! Loving everything about my color! The only thing I'm not super happy about is the fact that it still seems to be fading fairly quickly even with me following instructions and aftercare tips to a t. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Much Better!This coloring which included 2 bottles of dye was much better. It got rid of the red brassy color that the previous coloring had created. Besides my roots which are grey, my hair is very black and I’d like to keep it black. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

EasyIt was so easy to do my hair at home and the instructions were so easy to follow. I just wish I hadn't let my husband chose my color and he decided I was a natural brown and not a dark blonde already. Maybe user errorI loved the color. I love everything measured out and packaged beautifully. It has been a while since I dyed my own hair and I feel like the roots turned out lighter than expected along with a couple random highlights that stayed blond when I was going for overall dark mahogany. I still love the color blend though and will order again but I also ordered right before Thanksgiving and it took a long time to get the product.
