Great customer service!I love using eSalon! I order every 2-3 months mainly to add vibrancy to my natural hair color. I recently requested to tweak my color formula-- to go a little brighter-- and it didn't turn out 100% what I was looking for. I called customer service and spoke to a very friendly colorist, Alex. Great product!Color is perfect. Have lots of compliments & surprised I did it at home. Love the shampoo & conditioner that takes out the excess & makes it look so natural. I like that it never has that 'you just colored your hair' look. Also, bought the color tint brush & love it for getting color to the roots. loved it!!This order came so quick I ordered and next thing you know it was at my door. I was skeptical because other home dyes have not turned out so well but I have noticed more gray and my little bro had to point it out so figured i'll give it try well I did. it covered the gray 100% and gave shine although I only stayed with my natural color its still very refreshing to straighten my hair and not see all these gray hair fly aways thank you so much!! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Best hair colourant I have ever used!I was a bit unsure as to how my hair colour would turn out as it was the first time that I have used this product, but I could not be more delighted. My colour is great and my hair is shiny and feels healthy and the greys are gone!. The only thing was the colour was a little bit darker than I wanted but ESalon have corrected this for me and made the colour lighter so I am looking forward to using my new colour next time. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. This was my third time using the product.The produce it self is great, all the added items in the box makes it a user friendly product.
