Colorist did a great job with matching the color I was looking for. Only challenge I’ve had is I have short, baby-fine hair and only use about 1/2 of the bottle of color per application. It feels a bit wasteful, but I still love the color and will continue to use the product.

I love the attention to detail esalon offers. Also, the color assistant I spoke with was amazing; she was patient and very informative. The downside is I ran out of color, I should have ordered two!

Leider kann ich die Farbe nicht benutzen, da meine Kopfhaut entzündet ist. Und in kürzester Zukunft möchte ich kein Färbungen vornehmen. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute und noch viele Erfolge .Für die Zukunft weiterhin das Beste Edeltraut Illing

All was well except...there was no brush to apply color with. I am not the most coordinated person and I've always had trouble covering the roots, especially in the front, around the temples. Last time, it was the best color application I've ever had, done by me or anyone else. This time, I had to use the bottle. I did get everything covered, but I made a mess. In the sink, on me, etc. I really need the brush.
