I am dissapointedNormally i am really happy with my custom made Color. But the last 2 Colors which i used, was different from the first Colors. The result was not how i normaly expected. The roots are more light red then Brown. I am not sure if you Changed something on the mix. Sorry, but i am relly dissapointed and think to stop the naxt order. Best hair dye!I have been using Esalon on and off for quite a few years now. I experimented with many different box hair dyes and all of them left my hair feeling unsatisfactory and I could never really find the right color.
