WARNING... This is an auto charge auto ship company...Just thought I would warn everyone out there looking at this company. I made one order with this company and was extremely dissatisfied with their poor gray coverage since my gray was showing after the first wash. And YES I followed directions exactly and even kept the color on a little longer than ordered and it still didn't hold. Now, I get an email that my order has shipped? Really! What order? I haven't even been back to the website since my first purchase. And nowhere was it indicated that orders are auto shipped.
