2 year clientI tried this service because I noticed my hair was changing and store color just wasn't cutting it anymore. I can't afford to have a stylist color my long hair. This is perfect! I can do it, the color is great and lasts. It doesn't mess up my hair. I have adjusted the color and ship times at least twice and have never had a problem. I am going to try their shampoos now. So happy with this color!I just moved to a new city and state where I don't know anybody. I went to the local salon and they gave me over to a girl who likes to chat too much! I hated it! I also didn't like the $125 bill. I wanted to save some money. I gave esalon a try and I LOVE IT!!!! I didn't think I could do it myself but lo and behold I did it myself and it came out beautiful! Even tried a new color and I get sooooo many compliments! Thank you so much for your great idea and products.
