BEST COLOR EVER!!I must admit I was VERY skeptical, in fact, I waited an EXTRA month before I tried the product because I was anxious the product would ruin my hair since I use a keratin on my hair and was afraid it may damage it or possibly have my hair fall out. I was WRONG! This product was not only BETTER than the salons, the natural red color I choose was PERFECT, better than perfect. PLUS my hair was soft, and shiny NOT dull and brittle. Custom Color Auto ShipI have been using the custom color since 2014 and although, I have to make adjustments every now and then either to the color or the timing, I can totally rely on the product arriving when expected and the results to be perfect every time. I love having the color on hand for whenever I am ready to use it and not having to run to the beauty supply store. Since I am now 55 and my gray is a lot more prominent I do not want to look like I am 55, so I color about every 3-4 weeks. ColorI enjoy the change in my hair body, the ease of using esalon. The color change I requested resulted in too much red. My true color shoud be medium ash blonde, presently it is strawberry blonde. Too darkI was hoping that after talking through the first custom color the next order would be a little lighter. I really liked the shade of the second bottle in the first order. Color to brassyI was so looking forward to getting a nice, rich, all over color using the esalon formulated hair color. But this was not the case. MehThe instructions were very clear and the application went fine, but the color is nothing like I wanted or like the picture looked. The color I got was supposed to be a violet/ash brown color, but it turned out just plain golden brown like my hair always looks.
