I’ve tried them all...But have never experienced the satisfaction with a hair care system as I have with e-Salon. Using the line of color, shampoo, conditioner, and styling products, my hair does not turn an ugly orange after a few weeks. A lot more red than I anticipated.It could be that my hair has red undertones naturally, but my hair came out very red. I like the color itself, just too red for me to be comfortable with. Colour not at all what I was expectingFirstly, the box arrived and I was very impressed with the presentation and what was included. The process was strange, when washing it out, I was worried as my hair felt almost like rubber but this soon washed out with the shampoo and conditioner. After drying, my hair has been left feeling so soft, however, the colour i was expecting was a dark, mahogany, full of rich red tones, however the colour I have can only be compared to an Icy brown with virtually no red tones. Ehhhh...I don't find your product much better than the stuff that I can get at a grocery store. On top of that, you are not flexible with the quantities you sell. You just sell the full boxes. I would perhaps continue purchasing the product if you would sell kits to just touch up the roots. All in all it has not been a very satisfying experience whatsoever. It is important to ventilate the room before using bleach on any stains in your bathroom. Dilute the bleach with water and dab the solution with a sponge or cloth to remove stains from surfaces. Love the color, but....This is the second time I have tried this product. love the color, how long it lasts and how it covers my greys. However, I can’t get the product to rinse out of my hair even after several shampoos. It feels like a rubber texture on my hands and there is a leftover film on my hair.
