TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI'm extremely disappointed with how this turned out!! Immediately when I received the box, I opened it only to find out that one of the bottles had leaked out into the plastic container. I still decided to move forward, which was a huge mistake. I was looking forward to this since I'm a professional and can't stand the amount of time it takes going to the salon, let alone the cost. I asked for an ashy blonde color, my roots ended up bright orange and the remainder of my hair turned a blonde / green color - my ends were green!! I ended up having to go into the salon and sitting there for 3 hours. $300 later, they were able to somewhat fix it. It was a terrible experience, I'm extremely dissatisfied. Great color!After having my children my true hair color turned very blah. I have asked for a rejuvenation of my color many times from salons but they were never able to help with the color they applied. What I received from esalon was the exact color I wanted. Salon quality results at homeSince the grey has started to appear, I've only trusted salons to colour my hair so I was apprehensive about trying to colour my hair at home. The kit arrived and I was impressed by the quality of the packaging and the thought that had gone into the contents, everything I needed was there! I asked my daughter to help as I had to colour my hair in two steps: first the grey roots then the rest. I needn't have worried - it was really easy. The results were impressive too, my hair has natural looking high and low lights and the grey has completely gone! One thing I noticed, there wasn't any of that lingering home colourant smell you get, the one that follows you round for a couple of days.
