I feel like the color product is great and I love the auto-shipI do love the product and the savings in doing it myself!! However, I do feel like the color selection for me is darker than I would like. It is easy to apply, the instructions are a little confusing. So stickyI have dyed my hair for almost 15 years using box hair dye from the drug store and my hair has NEVER felt this way. My hair is really really sticky and stringy and so tangled i ripped out half my hair trying to brush it. Im am so unhappy with this product and am very disapointed with the results.
