Great customer service!I was having an issue with my color being too dark but my stylist addressed my concern and I loved the result! However, what really impressed me was the customer service! I had forgot to change my shipping address when I moved & my color got sent to my old address. what an experienceI have to say I was a skeptic, I dye my hair so often I wasn't sure if esalon could add anything to that process but I must admit when I am wrong! Easy to follow instructions, nice kit of accessories and my hair feels amazing after!
