Couldn't get it outI hate dying my hair. I hate the damage over the counter stuff does and with my really long hair and not willing to pay salon prices. I color my hair maybe once every 5 years or so, but lately noticing a lot of grey starting to come in. I did my research and got very excited about esalon. My box arrived and I didn't delay. Well, I prepped, and followed the directions. Going good. Time to rinse. It wouldn't come out. It took 3 showers, completely running out of hot water each time, to get the gummy/waxy residue out. I used the shampoo/conditioner that came with, then the stuff I bought from esalon, ending finally in my Dove. I like the color, tho not much different from what I had. I just wish my hair didn't feel so gross. Feeling a bit disappointed. Update 10/01/17: My colorist added a bottle of Gaining Strength shampoo to my next order to use to help wash the residue from the dye out, instead of the shampoo that normally comes with. This helped immensely! I still had the gummy/waxy feel from my 2nd attempt with the dye, but 2 washes with the new shampoo and a good conditioner and it was all out. My hair color looks good (tho will need adjusted again because it's still not quite the color I want and with the season change, I want a deeper color for fall and winter instead of lighter for summer), and feels way better than before. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Imagine the savings!This was my first DYI for hair coloring and I am very impressed! It was clean, pleasant, easy and my roots are gone! The color you sent was spot on. As I had light and dark highlights, this root touch up could address only one (dark blonde). I will still need periodic salon trips but I am very grateful to save so much money in between! AmazingI had ordered the custom hair color kit months ago but never got up the nerve to do it. Months had gone by and finally I decided to just "DO IT". I was terrified that it would be obvious that I had colored my hair. But my 19 year old looked at me when she saw me the next day and said "I don't know what you did today but you look 15 years younger". The color match to my original hair color is amazing. Love this haircolorI’ve tried many hair colors over the counter and nothing covered my gray or gave me the color that I wanted. I have a long thick hair and pay quite a bit of money to have my color done at the salon. I just couldn’t see paying that kind of money constantly to have my hair done. So I decided to try the salon and boy am I glad I did. I’m not sure why other reviews aren’t good, but I will always give five stars. It is just as easy to use as the color out of the box from the store. But the color is better, lasts longer, and completely covers my gray and is absolutely beautiful. I get compliments all the time. I don’t have a problem with losing any of my hair or any other issues that people have commented about in the past. I recommend this E-salon product to everyone! I have it auto shipped so that I am never without my color.
