Love love loveI have used this product for my last 3 hair colorings. I absolutely love the color combination I have received! My hair is shiny and soft and the color looks very natural. I have even received compliments from men! I always receive an email prior to my order being prepared giving me the opportunity to change anything. And my order comes as scheduled. I WAS SHOCKED!I am 64 years old and I have never found a hair color type that actually covered ALL my grey hair! Store bought, beauty shop, none of them covered the grey COMPLETELY until eSalon. No gloves in boxI was disappointed to find when I went to take everything out to start my process this time that the gloves were missing from my box this time, i actually went back through twice to make sure i did not miss something.
