Outstanding productThis product is truly a professional product. The color is not an over the counter color and it does not dry your hair out. I chose a color one shade darker than my medium blonde, as I have done before with other products. What I got from the esalon color was a super neutral perfect dark blonde. The really great part was that my color looks very natural with natural highlights. I did get the lightening kit as well so I can’t wait to add a few strategic highlights. Absolutely loved the new color..I love the new color, though it's a little darker than the first, it completely covered my grays. So, going forward, I'm going to use the dark brown please. Never could get color wantedTried a couple times and it seemed like the hair colorist wasn’t listening to my desired hair color I was trying to achieve. My hair was a dark brown and I wanted to get to a lighter brown after 4-5 times it’s still the same brown. They didn’t ever change the color sent except once to a barely different shade of dark brown. I didn’t want red tones and I got red tones in my dark brown as well. NIE WIEDER!!!Meine Haare sind komplett verfärbt! Nie wieder!!!! Der Ansatz ist deutlich heller, obwohl ich kaum graue Haare habe. Nur vereinzelt. Beim Haare waschen im Anschluss ans färben, habe ich büschelweise Haare verloren! Die Kopfhaut brennt und der Geruch war extrem chemisch… meine Augen haben stark getränt. Great Product BUT Color Not What HopedI truly enjoyed the product and packaging/use is so simple, clean and easy!
