Harsh on hair and made my hair brassyI've been using another at home brand and recently the quality had gone a bit downhill so I thought I'd try this. I've done 3 root colorings and I've found this product to be really harsh on my hair, it feels like straw now, and leaves my hair brassy after about 1 week. I specifically listed that I don't want that when choosing my color but it's just not a good product. Color is great but...It didn't cover my gray roots, I colored my hair yesterday with the product you sent me, but had to run to the store and get a color to cover my roots, it was too much for me.
