Custom ColorThe first kit I received, was just a little too dark for me and not enough auburn. I sent my concerns in and the next kit turned out great. Good but not exactly rightThe color was a little dull and I had some hair fall out. ESalon did give a courtesy to try a second time. nice shadeI have received some good comments and people noticed right next day. Best color I’ve usedThe product comes very attractively and thoughtfully packaged. Color comes out true to my request. It doesn’t last really much longer than any other color I’ve used, but it it’s just as lovely as the salon color I paid 4x as much for & the salon color didn’t last as long as the esalon color! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Choice of colorThey reviewed information and the picture that I had provided, the color I wanted was in their opinion not the best choice. They sent me a color which they felt would be suit.
