I think I have some stubborn gray hair. Because after leaving it in about 40 minutes still showing up in the top of my head.

I appreciate a process where a stylist works with me to tweak my color. I’m now three weeks in and am just now starting to see the return of greys at my roots, which is not bad. I would have rated a 5, but I believe I requested the brush and bowl option last time yet received the bottle applicator. Still, loving the products and service!!

Well the color was beautiful; however it was just a little lighter than I was expecting and the coverage of my gray wasn't as good so will upgrade those things when I make my next order.

Maybe need to go a touch darker

I do still love this but, maybe a touch darker but not as dark as the first one. This way the highlights will still be natural but, a bit more noticeable.
