BummedMy first esalon was amazing! It was rich, vibrant, soft and we'll covered. And it lasted quite a Long time!! This is my second time, which meant roots touch-ups only. It seemed to begin great, but within a week (not even a week) the color was fading out fast FAST! ! 2 weeks in, I can hardly tell there was a "touch up" at all :-( . Every bit of the gray that grew out was now very visible. I want to know why initially the application was amazing and why the touch up was not? Fantastic color and experienceThe color was exactly what I expected. It was easy enough to apply that my 12 year old daughter did it for me. All of the little extras - gloves, application brush, stain remover, etc. made everything go smoothly.
