Love the personal attentionI do love the color and convenience. I also love that I can message my colorist and talk about what I'm looking for. I think that this is a great company. I have read other reviews about waxy residue. I have also experienced this and it really bothers me. I believe this waxiness is due to not getting the color completely out of the hair. I do find it very difficult to get all of the dye out of my hair. Sometimes I have to wash it again just to get all of the dye out. HighlightsI am happy with the way my color turned out, but now I want a little more contrast than all over blonde. I'm thinking about ordering a contrasting darker shade, and combing it in like I did the light blonde highlighting. I really just wanted the color I FIRST got y'all to make for me ...I REALLY LOVED the color that y'all FIRST make for me (in 2016 or 2017) as this new one was just a little dull and though I liked it OK I LOVED THE FIRST ONE THAT WAS MADE FOR ME. LoveI love the product. It did come out a little bit darker then I thought it was going to be but I love it. I think I may have to wash it 2ce because it feels a little greasy/ sticky but I don't believe it's the product. I think it's just me 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

My ColourIts is ok but not that much different from my normal colour really unless in the sun then you can see the different shades and my grey hairs are starting to come throigh 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Great product, easy to manage changes online. Spot on colour.Cannot fault this service. Consistent and responsive. One thing I would like them to do is cut down on the plastic packaging inside the box as well as ask if the customer requires more colour remover, gloves etc. Shampoo and conditioner sachets are always needed, not so much the other stuff. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
