Good colorThe color was much darker than I expected but I got used to it. One thing I do not like is that the color did not hold on the gray hair on my temples. This is the greatest thing ever!I have always been on top of my hair color (even more so now that the silvers show up a lot faster). I actually found out about this place from Pinterest and because I was spending 25.00ish for hair color at ULTA anyways, I decided to give it a whirl. The colors are so vibrant...and they fade but it takes a lot longer it seems. I even skipped my esalon color and went with the Madison Reed color that I had purchased before I found out esalon AND THERE WAS A DISTINCT DIFFERENCE in the texture of my hair after coloring and the color itself. I found myself coloring my hair three weeks later because of that. I also wanted to see how easy it was to adjust my color (I did this with my last order) and really just to change things up a bit. I got the email saying that my order was about to ship and I had 'X' number of days to modify my color. I didn't have to log into the website! I was able to reply to the email which made things even more convenient and although I have yet to color my hair with my adjusted color, I was impressed.
